If you are a qualifying dealer, contractor, cabinet store or builder, you can click on our “Become Dealer” form on our website.
Our account manager will review your information and email you within 24 hours, if account is approved, you will get a dealer discount rate for any purchase from us, then you can start to order online.
We may provide free sample doors to our eligible dealers, please order it online as a regular item, please note these are sent on “as available” basis.
We provide professional assembly service for customers for an additional fee. If you want to assemble by yourself, please see the link for our assembly guide.
You may pick up your cabinets from our warehouse. For local customers (50 miles from our warehouse), we can deliver cabinets to you. Further than that, we can provide LTL Freight.
For RTA cabinets, warehouse needs about 48 hours to prepare your orders. For assembled cabinets, normally it takes about 1 week. For large projects (more than 100 pieces of assembled cabinets), it may take 2 weeks depends on the quantities. The actual arrival date will depend on the shipping method
Your Account Manager will contact you once our stock is replenished, approximately 2-3 weeks.
Please submit the case with your order number on the website in the “Contact us” section and your Account Manager will contact you within 24 hours after review. Clear pictures showing the defects or damage may be requested.
We stock eight different frame style cabinets and one frameless style cabinet. If you select the stocked lines of cabinets, there is no minimum order quantity, and it just takes couple of days to complete the orders.
We can also provide custom style cabinets for your project order. The minimum order is one container with about 3-month lead time.
